_{What do you think is the biggest misconception about you?

That I’m a character or that Gaga is separate from Stefani. We are one and the same, there’s no difference – I’m exactly who I say I am. I’m exactly who you say I am. Would you say that’s the biggest misconception? I think it is. I prefer Gaga because everyone calls me Gaga, even my mother. When people call me Stefani I’m not like “UHHH DON’T CALL ME THAT.” I’ve opened up, I used to get so angry when I would sit down in an interview and someone would call me Stefani. I’m almost like: “You disregard everything I’ve ever done, all my work and want to get to know the REAL me which means you know NOTHING about what I do!” I’m committed to what I do and what I create. Gaga is my nickname, Gaga freed me from the limits and chains of what I was before – before i was able to be free and confident and reject perceptions of a woman. Gaga was a metaphorical quest for myself – I would never say one name is more like me than the other: They’re both who I am. I probably have a few personalities, I’m slightly schizophrenic. That’s me.

ohmygosh. its ridiculous how long this took me D: and i dont even know why?! its such a simple drawing and yet i have spent hours and hours and hours on it.

this was a screen shot from the showstudio interview, she looked AMAZING so i wanted to do a picture of her and the question up there^^^ was my favourite question from the interview, very inspirational :}
